Can I keep my clothes on?

Yes.  That is the great thing about seated acupressure massage, it is done through your clothes.

For reflexology you would just need to take your shoes and socks off.

Will I get oil or lotions on my clothes or hair?

No, we don't use oils or creams for the massages.

We do use a small bit of lotion on your feet for reflexology, but this soaks into the skin throughout the treatment.

Will everyone be too relaxed to do any work?

No.  The point of the massage is to ease the tension in the shoulders, neck and back, but we follow this with invigorating techniques so that you are more alert then before as it encourages the circulation and oxygen to the head.

Can anyone have a massage?

Generally yes.  Although there are some reasons why the therapist would not treat you at that time.  Speak to the therapist when booking and they will be able to give more advice.

I heard of a consultation, what does this mean?

Before your first treatment the therapist will send you a form to fill out mainly concerning your medical history just to make sure that it is ok to carry on with the treatment, and also to tailor the massage so that you get the most out of it.  When you arrive for your treatment the therapist will go through the form with you.  For subsequent treatments you would just have a discussion with the therapist prior to the treatment rather then needing to fill out another form.

Is it going to disrupt everyone in the office?

No!  We can work in a vacant room, or in a corner of an office, and massages can be as the same length of time as some tea breaks.

Does it take a long time?

No.  Treatments can be just 10 minutes long.  Although if you want to book a longer session these can be upto 45 minutes.

Who pays?

There are different ways of doing this, but basically it can be;

1 - Fully funded by the employer

2 - Fully funded by the employee

3 - Partly funded by the employer, and partly funded by the employee

We also have gift vouchers if you want to give as bonuses, or presents.

Do you have insurance?

Yes.  We are fully insured and fully qualified so there is no need to worry.

What if I need to cancel a booking, or reschedule?

Don't worry, just let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we will always try to reschedule for another day.
